Bar-Bulak old city
Bar-Bulak, ancient settlement, VIII-XII cc. It is located 1.5 km south-east of the village of the same name. Judging by the preserved remains, it belongs to the largest settlements of the Issyk-Kul basin. This town played an important role in the southwestern part of the Issyk-Kul hollow, occupying a favorable geographical position.
