Chon-Aksuu is a real Kyrgyz name. Its length is 35 km. The Chon-Ak-Suu Gorge is considered one of the most picturesque in the northern part of the Issyk-Kul region. Descends from the ridge Kungoi Ala-Too to the village Grigorievka. In the middle part of the gorge are two snow peaks: Kum-Bel (4,200 m) and Eshenbulak (4,647 m).
