Balasagyn Zhusup (Yusuf Hass Hajib Balasaguni). He lived and created in XI century, was born around 1018 in Balasagun, the capital of the Karakhanid state. He is buried in the mausoleum in Kashgar city. He was an outstanding poet, philosopher, encyclopedist scientist, expert in Muslim theology, law, Arab-Iranian literature and the science of versification, astronomy, mathematics, medicine, connoisseur of Turkic linguistics, folklore and customs.
